Pioneer of the Concept in U.A.E

Acacus was the first to develop and launch an autonomous vehicle technology prototype in U.A.E. Our first successful road test was held in 2017.

Acacus is working with the local government on autonomous public transportation concept vehicles based on our designs. We are also one of the members on government's technical committee on the autonomous initiative of Dubai.

Autonomous Patrol Vehicles for Dubai Police

As a step forward to make Dubai the smartest city in the world, Dubai Police General Command has signed an M.O.U with Acacus Technologies, to have driver-less patrol vehicles on Dubai roads by 2020.

The driver-less vehicles are planned to be on Dubai roads phase-wise. The first phase will have capabilities including cameras and video analytics. Whereas the subsequent phases will include object detection, tracking, and advanced driver-less technology. Read More..
